This will please a category of user who don’t want new features on their desktop but do want it to keep working and bugs to be removed. The United States of America and three EU Member states - Bulgaria, France and the United Kingdom - have pledged support for the open source policy, making it an official part of the ‘Paris Declaration’, the outcome of the 4th Global Summit of the Open Government Partnership (OGP), taking place in Paris this week.
