Novell SuSE Linux Enterprise Desktop Review
I downloaded the DVD iso off the Novell website, and burned it using Nero (running Windows at that time); I rebooted the computer, and went through the installation process; nothing spectacular about the installation. Once fully installed, I made a user account as instructed by the wizard, and everything was ready to go.
On the first reboot you'll find the speed of it considerably faster than that of the default Windows XP installation; now given that vendors chock their machines full of crap like 'speed boosters' and 'security tools' (which do more harm than good), its probably not fair to compare them given its a vanilla SLED installation vs. a bastardised Windows XP installation, with that being said, however, one has to compare like with like; a copy included with the machine vs. the alternative operating system which is to replace.

Not a very good review
Honestly, I don't think the guy gives the kind of thorough review we would expect from srlinuxx. And I know the guy's from New Zealand, and seems to have a command of the English language. Can't he use a spell checker, or something?
