I can confirm that KMail is not free bug, Akonadi is not perfect too. We work a lot each days to fix the bugs. You can make the same blog about each application which doesn’t work as you want. You can criticize all these programs and wrote that developers lose their time to work on. I hope that you wrote some blog as it for Kernel Linux, Xorg, LibreOffice etc. for sure they are not perfect too.

Birds Linux 8.0 debuts to help students with new features
While the original Linux distribution is enough for developers, students need something more. Therefore, Francesco Milesi has developed Birds Linux 8.0 as the latest open source Linux distribution to ease learning for students.
Unlike its previous versions, Birds Linux 8.0 comes preloaded with GNOME 3 desktop environment to deliver a fresh experience to students. It is based on the widely known Sabayon distribution, backed by Linux Kernel 4.5 series.

New Gentoo LiveDVD Released, Powered By Linux 4.5 & Supports ZFS
It's been quite a while since the last Gentoo LiveDVD release, but a new image has surfaced this weekend as Gentoo 20160514 and codenamed the "Choice Edition" release.
This first Gentoo release of 2016 is powered by the Linux 4.5 kernel and features X.Org Server 1.18.3, KDE Plasma 5.6.2, Firefox 45.0, LibreOffice 5.1, GIMP 2.9.2, and many other packaging updates.
