Skynet, electronic doomsday, can it happen?
Skynet, an idea of living, thinking, breathing, fornicating machines taking on the world, while humans wallow in their own stupidity. Matrix, an idea of living, thinking, breathing, fornicating machines taking on the world, while humans are nothing more than players in a video game, plus some stunning FX effects.
For someone with an IQ higher than floorboard panels, this concept is ... well, annoying. I like good movies with lots of action and shooting, but I expect the plot to have some integrity, so that even when you're reading your favorite Jane Austin book while cozily parked on the warm plastic of your toilet bowl, you can still reason out some of the weaker scenes.
Let's see why living machines are just bad imagination.
