Is windoze 7 a linux killer?
Well I suppose it will be a linux killer, to the same extent that windoze nt was a "better unix than unix"... Yeah, that much...
No but Windows 7 is
Windows of any flavour have pretty much squashed Linux (or should I follow the above trend and call it Linsux?) on the desktop.
By any standard of measurement Linux on the desktop is a NICHE market OS. You can't "kill" something that is already dead.
Let me know when Linux Desktop (and feel free to lump all 9 bazillion distro's into one group) nudges out MacOS for a far distant second in the desktop market and if I'm not dead or senile I'll do a little happy dance with you.
have much trouble with logic?
When did windoze crush linux? Linux started out with 0% market share, and it has increased every year. In other words, windoze doesn't seem to be able to stop linux, despite billions of dollars in advertising hype and bribes and strong arming of the vendors.
If that's your idea of "crushing" you must not own a dctionary, LOL.
