Ubuntu Disappoints, Breaks Promises With Rapid Growth
It's been a wild ride, but I have definitely not regretted my choice to make Ubuntu a major part of my life. As a full-time user, I have been charged by Windows and Linux user alike for not following their own lemming-like mindsets. And this has bothered me for some time now. Today, I hope to clear the air with everyone, even though you will never get through to the most hardcore users of both platforms. Let's get started.
There is More to Linux Than Ubuntu. Ask a random SuSE or Fedora user why they choose not to use Ubuntu and they might spell out a lack of features, such as Xen (or similar), support and server management tools. Others just dislike Debian-based distributions. And some might point out that it is way too beginner oriented.
Personally, as a full time Ubuntu user, I would be inclined to agree with all of the above. But
