Ubuntu 7.04 - 108 new updates, Gnome 2.18.1 upgrade, network regression
Got a big block of upgrades today, including Gnome. Gnome itself was upgraded to 2.18.1 and Ubuntu followed right along. Quick testing indicates that Compiz is still regressed from the last upgrade, which is no big deal to me. Regular old 'flat' mode still works just fine, and I can live with that.
No, there's a bigger problem. When the system reboots networking does not automatically start.

srlinuxx, you're not being fair to other distros
no distro gets so much entries on this site, it's bad enough that ubuntu bloggers are ruining the internet, we don't need to see it here too, please cut down on the whole ubuntu crap =)
re: fair
I can only link to what's posted. That's what's out there. Ubuntu is what is being written about. I'd love to see more slackware, mandriva, or gentoo stories, for example. If you see any, you let me know.
re: fair
well, it's not other distros fault that they have more reasonable users =)
I think it's fair...
Afterall, PCLinuxOS gets its own badge in the top right hand corner Which we really do like because PCLOS is #1 in my book anyway
