Microstar Laboratories, Inc.'s Accel64 for Linux
Microstar Laboratories, Inc., develops Data Acquisition Processor (DAP) systems for PC-based high-performance multichannel measurement applications. Microstar observes that GNU/Linux distributions generally presume that if you have 64-bit hardware and a 64-bit operating system, the applications will use compatible 64-bit development tools and drivers, leaving support for 32-bit applications incomplete. This can present problems for vetted 32-bit applications, particularly those dependent on kernel extensions.

Wine 1.9.12 Fixes Splinter Cell: Blacklist Crashes, Improves Dragon Age 2 Demo
Today, June 10, 2016, the Wine development team was proud to announce the release and immediate availability of yet another milestone towards the major Wine 2.0 software for running Windows apps and games on GNU/Linux distributions.
Wine 1.9.12 is the twelve point release in the Wine 1.9 development series, coming two weeks after the launch of Wine 1.9.11 to improve the Shader Model 4 support in Direct3D, add an initial built of a taskbar in desktop mode, improve the metafile support in RichEdit, and fix right-to-left (RTL) languages in Uniscribe.
