REALbasic 2006 Release 3 for Linux
REAL Software, Inc., provider of REALbasic, cross-platform that really works, announced today that REALbasic 2006 Release 3 for Linux is available now. In addition to the over 100 features and fixes that have been added, REALbasic 2006 Release 3 for Linux has been specifically tested and optimized for use with SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop from Novell.
"REALbasic is a great tool for Linux," stated Miguel de Icaza, vice president of developer platforms for Novell. "Where Mono focuses on bringing .NET applications to Linux, REALbasic migrates Basic applications to Linux. With SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop and REALbasic, enterprises now have a true alternative to the Windows desktop."
