Raspberry Pi Tops 1 Million In Sales

Raspberry Pi is racking up some major sales. The Raspberry Pi Foundation announced last week that more than 1 million of the popular Linux based devices have been sold to date.

Posting on the company’s blog the team at Raspberry also announced that it has greatly scaled up production for the devices.

The UK Raspberry Pi team announced last week that it is now creating 40,000 devices per week and has knocked out 500,000 Raspberry Pi units over the last six months.
