Enlightenment E17 Has Secret Release Plans

More information concerning the plans to finally release the Enlightenment E17 window manager will be revealed soon at LinuxCon Europe.

Michael Blumenkrantz revealed on Wednesday that he has received acceptance to give a LinuxCon EU presentation on "the road to and release of E17."

E17 has been under development going back to 2000 and is a complete rewrite of E16, which reached version 1.0 in 2009. E17 hasn't been quick to be released.
