Compatability >:(
Does anyone know of any program that allows for a deb package to be converted directly to an rpm (or vice versa) so you can install it with the package manager of the system? I know this can be done on the command line with a script using alien for instance but does anyone know of a gui that will make this easier for the end user?
I know this may sound ignorent if i have ignored the ability of some other prog to do this but i often resort to building my own system (linuxfromscratch.org) to be sure that i have what i want on my system without 'conflicts'.
