PCLinuxOS Preview Graphics
Got these going on my PCLOS system. Very clean and professional looking theme going here--nice work.
re: Graphics
The heartbeat thingy is pretty cool, but what's with the Brontosaurus in the circle? Looks like it has club feet, a snake head, and two tails.
I think the Brontosaurus is
I think the Brontosaurus is actually a charging bull. You are looking at it with the wrong eye, unless you are joking
I think the Brontosaurus is
I think vonskippy need some new glasses to see the difference between a Brontosaurus and a Bull
lol
No BS, It's a Bull
A stylized image of a Texas longhorn bull. Older version of the image is named "dobie-bull.png". I think the bull image is named in honor (I'm just guessing), of the Texas writer and folklorist, James Frank Dobie.
Certainly an appropriate image since the primary guy for PCLinuxOS is Bill Reynolds (a.k.a. Texstar).
re: Bull
I don't see it. Maybe it's one of those 3D prints where you have to stare at it cross-eyed for a while?
re: bull
The snakehead is the tail and the two tails are the horns. It's kinda looks like it's poised to charge, ya know how they drop their heads to lead with their horns.
Oopsie
Ah! I had it flipped around. Much better. Although Dinosaurs are much cooler then bovines.
Skippy
It's Skippy the bull. moooooo
