Linux distro Sidux reborn as aptosid
"Sidux is dead" - reads the latest news post on the Sidux web site. However, Sidux fans have no cause for despair because the Sidux Linux distribution is now reborn as aptosid.
The name change is due to conflicts between the developers and the board of the registered non-profit Sidux e.V. association. Disputes between the board and the developers have been going on since mid-August and the developers decided to separate from the association shortly after the first board chairman resigned.
