‘Windows-Less’ Laptop Sells Dirt-Cheap
A Chinese laptop computer maker began making waves in the Korean market, selling its product at only 599,000 won (575 USD) by excluding the Microsoft Windows operating system.
It is the first time in the country for makers to sell a laptop without installing the operating system on it since Windows became the dominant platform for personal computers almost a decade ago.
