Free Sequoia Open Source ERP Software Released
Free open source software took a further step toward meeting the needs of business users today with the release of Sequoia Open Source ERP. This suite of business applications brings a low cost, flexible, and scalable solution to businesses worldwide.
Like the most advanced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Sequoia ERP can support thousands of simultaneous users and is the first open source ERP system to embrace the Services Oriented Architecture. It also stands out for being compatible with all major relational databases, including Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL and PostgreSQL. Unlike commercial software solutions, however, Sequoia ERP is freely available to users to download, use, and modify without paying license fees.
