Is Andriod/Chromium new concept ? Why use it ?
Many years ago QNX had a demo on a 1.44 mB floppy. It had over 1710 files. It had kernels, neutrino window manager and html browser. It also manages to connect by external serial port modem(56k). It worked fine except for the limitations of html browser(all text no neutrino window manager in the browser).
Then came Prex 0.4 version. Many people did not understand it was a cellphone OS to do the dialing and connection to the ISP. Then html browser did the link address for internet downloads and uploads.
So, now comes android with cellphone operating system but missing a small browser. Javascript was convenient, but too slow; so C++ binaries were used to run scripts. Webkit 2.0 is used for browser? But really, any html browsers with motion jpeg can do webpages quite well.
Have fun modifying Dillo for motion jpeg into php scripts, is the future of netbooks? Who needs flash from Adobe, when data centers unifies web page presentations(upto Eclipse for trailer codes or hidden gears)?

What we can do with html browsers ? Add window manager ?
The concept of desktop stopped people from using the window manager in html browsers?
If you stripped out the window manager in one browser and substituted another, would you even notice the difference?
Then, html browsers should have your favorite window manager added? You need a good layout engine(foobar) and the ability to zoom frames by the framebuffer file content.
After that, who needs Chromium?
Footnote:
Commandline Linux changed from cursor(keyboard inputs) to GUI(mouse clicks). And toolkits are born. We have tk, qt, gtk, webkit, foobar and Eclipse.
When we use fonts, size change requires anti-aliasing program to fit the fonts in the layout engine. Zoom software avoids anti-aliasing problems. Zoom should do picture within a picture zooming.
SOA cloud computing with Eclipse ? SaaS unified with Eclipse ?
Since Eclipse is enterprise class toolkit, it will register all the variables and arrays and reused file names in the enterprise system.
Data centers will do the easiest way by using Eclipse system approach?
This still means you have to use database or spreadsheet software to write application programs. You might also use high level design language to call out files to make up the program ro write a program. SAP has such an arrangement. And it is easy to do in Linux library, but watch out for missing bindings.
Using other toolkits might miss out many synchronization bindings in Eclipse?
Why China will spend money to build city data centers ?
They are still Communists?
They need a tool to build their economy?
They can educate their citizens faster?
They can build artificial intelligence software in the data center to have business intelligence?
Citizens can have new software programmed by artificial intelligence(a program to write a new application program)?
In democracy, we are slowly building city data centers by private funds of Cable MSOs. It will take at least 5 more years. Other data centers are for private networks of workgroups(very costly).
