Videos of KimDaBa in Action
For those of you who do not understand how to use KimDaBa, there is now no reason not to use it. KimDaBa is the first KDE application to offer small flash videos with voice-overs describing how to use it. See the tutorials at KimDaBa's video page or read on below for Jesper's description of how and why to make video tutorials of applications.
There is a sentence I hear from my users rather often: "This is exactly the software I need, I just wish I had found it a long time ago".
Now if KimDaBa is that good, why isn't everybody in the whole world using it?
She is the woman behind the artwork contests on KDE-Look and the KDE-Artists site where artists and coders can "kollaborate". She also has more children than any other KDE contributor we know of and seems to have a liking for chocolate. Tonight's star of The People Behind KDE is geek girl Janet Theobroma.

Samsung, Red Hat to Work on Linux Drivers for Future TechThe metaverse is expected to uproot system design as we know it, and Samsung is one of many hardware vendors re-imagining data center infrastructure in preparation for a parallel 3D world.
