Connectivity problems
Seems I've been having some connectivity problems as of late. The adsl connection keeps disconnecting and causing the intermittent connectivity problems to the site. I've switched out modems, even now using a brand new model, but it's not helping much. And even when it is connected, it seems real slow.
Bellsouth, of course, won't accept that's there's a problem on their end. And naturally, they want me to disconnect everything and hook the modem directly to a windows machine and follow their flow charts. Any input from me other than answers to their scripted questions is ignored. Also, the whole system is so compartmentalized, that no one knows what's going on. In addition, the fire to help me burns a bit lower since I've resigned the renewal contract and am now locked-in.
Any real progress is slow going. All I can do is apologize and ask for your patience.
