Service oriented architecture generally deals with the differences of operating systems and applications where usable software can not talk to each other, even if you use Hal query and Dbus packets; the array names are yet to be discovered.
If you start using web pages as the format of information base, or a database of web page frame buffers and dialog array names of data fill-in. You can then have a program offline to send synchronized data time and date stamped to be transmitted to the net.
Webpages could use eclipse to be universally recognized, with array names registered in the handbook of a SOA system.
