My Experience Installing Gentoo Linux on My PS3
I recently finished installing Gentoo on my PS3 and I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. It did not take as long to install compared to the typical Gentoo installations. This was the third and favorite distro that I tried out on my PS3 after installing Yellowdog (which is the officially supported one) and Fedora Core (which I consider to be the "Windows" of Linux).
I decided to go with the 10GB for PS3 and 50GB for Linux partition option because I knew I wanted KDE which is a bit of a HDD hog. I followed along with the Qj.net Wiki which I found to have some instructional errors that I fixed.
