OpenRA has another test release out for those after their classic RTS experience
OpenRA, the fantastic project that lets you play classics like Red Alert and Dune 2000 has another test release out.
This release builds upon the work from the last test build, adding in two features requested by the community. The first is that units with turrets will now automatically target nearby units while moving (handy!), and the ability to force-fire artillery style units on the ground so you can continue attacking when vision is lost. Two relatively simple changes which should make gameplay more interesting.

The open source Morrowind game engine 'OpenMW' is going to officially bring in multiplayer
This is quite exciting! OpenMW is now looking to officially merge in the TES3MP multiplayer fork as an optional game feature.
Writing in a news post recently, the developers of OpenMW mentioned the TES3MP integration is likely to be done after the big 1.0 release they're currently working towards. Keeping that in mind, it may be quite a while before it's available. TES3MP has actually been an "official partner" of OpenMW for a while and so news about the project in future is likely to be more often and posted officially on the OpenMW website too.

Electric Sleep could be interesting, a pixel-art Visual Novel releasing this month
While most Visual Novels tend to focus on some kind of drama and romance, Electric Sleep looks completely different.
It's a pixel-art multiple choice game, one where you explore a crumbling world as "an emotionally driven robot" and I must admit the style does look pretty good.
