Hans Reiser plea entry postponed
The plea entry of an Oakland man accused by authorities of killing his estranged wife has been postponed until November 28th.
Meanwhile, there are more details emerging about the arrest of Hans Reiser.
Police say they discovered splatters of the blood of Nina Reiser when officers and FBI agents searched the home of her husband for a second time earlier this week.
The 42-year-old Reiser was arrested on suspicion of murder shortly after the search.
Meanwhile, authorities continue to search for the body of Nina Reiser.
The 31-year-old mother of two young children was last seen dropping off the couple's son and daughter at her husband's home on September Third.
